Cape Girardeau County Public Health: Electronic Health Record Project Manager Cape Girardeau County Public Health Center is accepting resumes for a full time Electronic Health Record (EHR) Project Manager until the position is filled.

The EHR Project Coordinator will work with seventeen Local Public Health Agencies in Southeast Missouri on a grant funded program to coordinate all activities of the EHR project, such as readiness assessment and planning, vendor selection, organizing staff training and continuing education, and implementation of an EHR system. Candidates must be able to manage a large client program or project, focusing on non-technical aspects of EHR implementation, with ability to pay strict attention to detail, possess good oral and ritten
communication skills, as well as leadership and analytic skills and ability to work on multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Educational requirements include a Bachelor’s in a degree in a Health related field or 5 years of experience with managing healthcare EHR rojects. Experience with implementing EHR initiatives, workflows, contracting with third party payers and program evaluation is preferred and will be considered in lieu of a degree.
